At this time, the tool's interface and knowledge base are only available in English and German.
Tool Language: Change in Account Settings
The tool's interface language can be changed to German or English on the left side of your account settings.
The account settings are located via the top right figure of tool:
Knowledge Base (FAQs): Available via FAQ Button
The FAQ Button at the bottom right of the tool (above the messenger) will lead to the knowledge base in your browser's language.
If the browser is set to German, the FAQ button will thus lead to our German Knowledge Base.

Wondering if you can write to us in German as well?
Yes, though keep in mind that everyone in our team speaks English, but not everyone speaks German - it can therefore take longer to get a response to German phrased questions.
