If you cannot access a Market or Marketplace in the Profit module, it is most likely because of one or more of the following reasons:

1. You haven't integrated into the Market. You are only able to access Markets and Marketplaces that you are integrated in.
2. You don't have the permissions required to view the Market or Marketplace. Reach out to your account administrator to request additional permissions. Be aware that in order to access Market-level data, you need to have permissions to view all associated Marketplaces. For example, you must have permissions for the United States, Canadian and Mexian Marketplaces in order to view the North American Market.
