1. Head to the account management at the top right of the tool:
2. Click on your plan at the buttom of your account management to view all invoices:
Note: Only the admin user can see the invoices.
For Customers who Upgraded BEFORE 13th February 2018
Billing Email only
Invoices are automatically sent to the billing email set in your account management - the billing email can be changed within the section of the billing adress.
Please also check your spam folder for your invoices. Also search for "Marketplace Analytics", our old company name.
Request of Missing Invoices via Chat
Missing invoices can be requested via the tool's chat or via support@sellics.com.
When doing so, please name your account's login mail, as well as the months of the missing invoices.
