Ad scheduling works on ad group level, not campaign level

The Sellics Ad Scheduling feature only pauses ad groups, not the campaign itself.

Reason: there are unsubstantiated rumors that Amazon penalizes campaign pausing with a lower ad quality score, which could make it harder to get impressions after reactivating the campaign. We could not verify this with our data but decided to be conservative.

Pausing & Reactivation only for Active Adgroups

If an adgroup was previously set to paused by the seller or automation rules, the ad scheduling will not set these adgroups back to active again on the selected time slots.

Ad scheduling only works on active Ad groups.

Ad scheduling is based on the default time zone of the market place you are enabling the feature for your campaigns. Example given, if you are running your campaigns with ad scheduling for your US advertising Integration it will be based on the pacific time zone.
